What is the name of the account that you are trying to create? Special characters could be a problem. Please limit characters to just the Alphanumeric along with Dash (-) and Underscore (_). Make sure you have entered the Currency Code. Those are the two things you need to specifically enter to create the account. Then select Commit. Let us know if you still have an issue.
