When this spread (see attached jpg) trades at a value of 0.00, the last price jumps to 1.75 and shows -9 ticks. The chart beside the DOM shows the correct values. Am I missing some setting on the DOM?

We do not know why the highlight is at 1.75, but the price point is definitely 0.00, as you can see the Bid and Ask depth data is split at the 0.00 level.

You will need to look through your studies and see if there is a Value Label that is displayed in the Right-Side Price Ladder or something else that might explain where that label is coming from.

No studies on that DOM. The P/L: also shows -9 ticks, which is not correct. I'll keep looking. Not a big problem, although I don't want my stop triggered with an incorrect price. Thanks.

Can you please get us a copy of those charts in a chartbook for us to take a look at. There are a few differences that have us confused. Refer to the following for how to get us the chartbook:

Done. Two studies removed from Price Chart. Again, none on the DOM to remove.

First, we were wondering if there may have been a setting that was causing the differences in the Trading DOM from the Chart, but we did not find anything. Additionally, we have been watching the charts all afternoon and not seeing anything (not that price has moved much, if at all).

This is something you will need to keep an eye on and let us know if it recurs and we'll see if we can find anything at that time.

Thanks for looking. I'll watch it. I think it only happens when the spread trades at 0.00. One tick above or below and the price and P/L were correct again. The spreads don't often trade at exactly 0.00, but when they do I'll watch and let you know if it happens again.

Different spread, different charts, same issue. Didn't expect any of my spreads to trade at 0.00, but this one did this morning.

So everything is fine until the price hits 0.00 and then the Profit/Loss is showing incorrectly?

Yes, it appears that way. And, only on the DOM. When we trade away from 0.00, they match again. In the attached jpg we traded at 0.25 and all is fine. I'm assuming since my tgt and stop are held on the exchange there's no chance of them being triggered by this issue.

In the next release, to solve this issue you will need to enable this option:
Chart Settings: Allow Zero Values (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Chart Data menu)

This will not do anything to resolve the issue now. Not until the next release coming out before morning.
