We do not know why the highlight is at 1.75, but the price point is definitely 0.00, as you can see the Bid and Ask depth data is split at the 0.00 level. You will need to look through your studies and see if there is a Value Label that is displayed in the Right-Side Price Ladder or something else that might explain where that label is coming from.
