Hello, I have connected to OneUp through a rithmic connection and the live data seems to be fine. However, I cannot see any historical data as it is only showing data for the current day. I am currently evaluating package 12 so I should have Denali and this shouldn't be a problem. Any way I can resolve this? |

Also, I've tried "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download" and it has messed up my chart. Is there a way I can fix the symbol again

You are NOT getting data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You are set to evaluate Package 12, but in order to get the Denali data, you would need to go through the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed and activate the exchanges that you want active. For more information, refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Therefore, you are getting your data from Rithmic, and there is simply a lack of historical information available. You really need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data. OneUp is covering my data fees but when I try to setup denali it tells me to select the excahmges which have fees attached. How do I set up denali without paying these fees?

Also, now it is showing me some historical data but it is very inconsistent. The last day before 2nd August is the 22nd of June.

You need to pay those fees if you are going to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Also, now it is showing me some historical data but it is very inconsistent. The last day before 2nd August is the 22nd of June.
It all depends on when you were connected to Rithmic to get data. Offhand, it sounds like you were connected on June 22nd and then again on August 2nd. But in the end, we do not know for sure. We just know that if you use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you will not have these issues with the historical data. So just to clarify, would getting Denali exchanges affect the rithmic connection at all or could I have both at the same time?

Getting the Denali data will just change your data source. You will get the data from Denali and use Rithmic for your trading. But, you do need to have a live futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees from the CME Group. Refer to the following for more information: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you are only connecting to OneUp, then that would not count as a live account. You would need to have an account with a broker in order to meet the qualification. If you do not have another account, then refer to the following for a solution: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
