Is there a way to view all ticks on the price scale without having to expand the scale?

I'd like to be able to see every tick without having to lengthen the chart scale (if I shorten the scale, some prices start to disappear).

There is no way to absolutely show all price levels. The system will automatically adjust as best it can to ensure that the numbers do not overlap. Now, that being said, you can force the price ladder to show more information by using the Scale Increment option in the Scale Settings.
