Managed to connect with Rithmic DTC connection but Bid x Ask shows 0 volume

Hi guys,

I'm pretty new with sierra chart and currently using my 14 days trial. I've searched through rithmic related threads and couldn't find an answer to this perhaps someone can enlighten me if its a setting issue or its just Rithmic not feeding tick data into sierra charts.

attached is the screen shot of my chart.

I'm using rithmic because I'm doing my gauntlet mini eval.

Ensure that your Intraday Data Storage Time Unit is set to 1 tick. Refer to the information here:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)

Hi John,

Thanks for your reply. The settings was already 1 tick. attached is screen shot. I still get 0 volume on the number bars.

Therefore, this must be related to the Rithmic data for some reason. It is necessary for you to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed to get the proper data for the Numbers Bars study. Refer to the information here:
