Hello I have looked through the LSE exchange listed stocks on the SC page and cannot find several stocks. Can you advise how I can find FTSE 100 companies namely British petroleum and Rolls Royce tickers to open a chart. Thanks in advance. |

Hi I have searched the ticker and found them. the issue is when entering these ticker code in to the SC they are no recognised. When searching RR-.LN or BP-.LN nothing happens. When searching other stocks eg IAG.LN the chart loads up no issue. Please advise how to proceed. |

This should now be resolved. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings After that is done: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
