Support, Thanks for a great reliable program! Wonderful. So I'm using your "Run Program When This Alert" feature. I have about 7 alerts configured to run 7 different programs based on price movement around indicators. All this works as expected. However, the moment I start trading (simulation right now) whenever I get a "fill" some of the 7 alerts start running the programs? Don't know why...because price action didn't pass the expected indicator...it always coincided with a "fill" whether I am entering a position or getting stopped out. Please let me know how I can stop the excess alert "Run this program.." activities each time a "fill" occurs. Thanks again for all your documentation and quick responses. It sounds like you have one of those alerts setup for when an order fills. Refer to the following setting and the 4 after it, and make sure you are not using the same alert number, or turn off the alerts for those items you do not want to alert: Global Trade Settings Windows: Play Alert For New Order (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Notifications) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Mr John, You are correct. I see the default is to use Alerts 1-7 for various aspects of order fills...I will change those to other alert numbers. Thanks so much. Appreciate your help. J |
