Hello, I am trying to switch my data from CQG to Denali and my account has been tagged as professional. I meet all the requirements for Non-professional. Can you update my account so I can complete my forms / switch to Denali data? Thank you.

Keep in mind that in order to qualify as a Non-Professional for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. You did not enter the Clearing Firm or Account Number in the Uniform Subscriber Agreement, therefore your account is set as a Professional for the CME Group.
