First, take a look at the Pivot Points study as it almost sounds like Pivot Points Formula Type 0 is what you are looking for. Refer to the following: Pivot Points But, since you are referencing the Close from a different chart, the Pivot Points may not be what you want. In which case you would need to use the Study/Price Overlay to overlay one of the items from one chart to another, then use the Spreadsheet to do what you want.
