I activated this product yesterday. (Advanced + Denali Data Feed (Monthly) - 46 USD / Month). And today I noticed that I do not have any live courses but see delayed pricing at Eurex FDAX. Why is it? Do I still have to book something with Sierra Chart or set something in the software.

I complete the agreements now.I have another question about the Sierra Chart accounts. My first account with you is the (SNuernberg86CS) account. This account was hardly used because I immediately registered with AMP and they activated this account (AC129572) with you. Because of the change, I didn't use Sierra Chart for a short time. And the day before yesterday I deposited money with Sierra Chart again and booked Denali feed from this account (AC129572). Was that correct now or do I have to close this account and only use this (SNuernberg86SC) because of the changeover. If so, it would be great if you transfer my money, which was paid in the day before yesterday, from this account (AC129572) to this (SNuernberg86SC). When is all of this so necessary?

It does not matter what Sierra Chart account you use but you must consistently use the same one. Since you are using the AC* account and that is where the funds are, you need to continue to use that one.

We need you to log into that one on the website by going to your installation of Sierra Chart and selecting Help >> Account Control Panel. Once that is done, go to this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ManageAccountInfo

and then update all of the account information to be correct.

We then need you to complete the agreements here for that account:

We have activated the exchange for you. You should be receiving real-time data for EUREX now. If not, then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed.
