v2215 Working Until June 30th 3:30am - Upgrade to v2282 Does Not Fix

Hello, My data updates have stopped since the title in the subject - June 30th 3:30am. Used instructions to upgrade to v2282, no live data still.

Plan is current and paid on Service Package 3.

Please assist.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Thanks for your reply, it seems now that v2215/v2282 is working fine now.

Appreciate the help, issue is resolved.
