Hi. Probably haven't received a question like this before. After a very long break of using Sierra Charts (about 11 years), I recently downloaded the latest version (2282). I tried loading a cht file from the old version (626) and received the following error in the message log: "Encountered invalid field code (123) while reading Chartbook file C:\..." I would like to be able to access those old chart settings/files, is there a way of upgrading the files, or is the version just too old? Thanks! Elliot |

In newer versions of Sierra Chart there is not support for opening a Chartbook from a version that far back. You will need to create new charts.: Chartbooks (Workspaces) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
