It does not show the volume on day and week candles older than 30 days despite being set in the chart settings 365 days.

The volume is shown, it is just so small in comparison that it can not be seen. As noted above, you may want to use a Continuous Futures Contract in order to remove the low volume data and replace it with the previous contract's information.
