Hi, I am unable to load symbols after changing data feed from "SC Data - All Services" to "CQG WebAPI (Trading)" When translating the symbols to current service charts will not load i only receive two boxes stating: - first says "Symbol is unknown. Click symbol for more information. Realtime data for instrument F.US.CLE (corresponding to ID=3) are not allowed. - second says "Download failed. Error downloading historic intraday data for F.US.CLEQ21. End of Day data is not allowed for given data type. Result=103, NumQuotes=0" I intend on using CQG for order routing and my activated denali feed for data. any advice would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards William G |

Check the setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds. It sounds like this is set to No, but it needs to be set to Yes in order to get the Denali data. If it is already set to Yes, then follow these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
