Hello, I have activated Deniali Data Feed service for the CME group, but data is still deleyed 11 seconds. Is this normal? How can I eleminate the delay? |

That is most likely the difference in your computer's clock to our server clock. In which case, you are not behind, but due to the timestamps, it is showing you that amount of time difference. It's not really a problem, but if you want, Sierra Chart can change your clock to match our servers.
