That is most likely the difference in your computer's clock to our server clock. In which case, you are not behind, but due to the timestamps, it is showing you that amount of time difference. It's not really a problem, but if you want, Sierra Chart can change your clock to match our servers. Refer to the following:
General Settings Window: Periodically Set System Date-Time from Server (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Update Intervals)
