I place a trade with attached orders (a stop and take profit) and then shortly after the trade is activated and running the attached orders disappear?

You would need to look at the Trade Activity Log to see why those orders are being removed. Refer to the following: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity You can also check the Trade Service Log to see if there is any information in there. Refer to the following: Trading Information Windows: Trade Service Log For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I can now see all my trading activity however I'm not really sure what I'm looking for? Are there any "OrderActionSource's" I should be looking for in particular?

We need to see the line in the Trade Activity Log where the order becomes canceled. Hi please find attached a file as requested. In this example, I placed a BUY position at 3606 with a SL 25 ticks below that and a TP 100 above it. I was in replay mode and skipped several times. I am using a speed of 30 and a unit of 00:30:00:000. After a few skips I saw that the market had gone against me and my SL and TP had vanished. This is annoying because my SL has not been triggered and I'm now in greater draw down than planned. I have also attached a screenshot of the graph http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1625346424166.png . Thanks for your help!
