SC, Please review my recurring data charges. I need CME data and COMEX data, including market depth data. However I think I'm currently paying for the data twice as it's currently configured. See attachment. Please advise how to correct. Thanks, Jim Davis |

SC, 1. Whatever you did, now I have no depth data whatsoever on COMEX and CME right now. I need this! 2. Why do you you want me to activate this feed for next month?: "CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" This offers only CME and GBLX data. I need CME and COMEX. I trade ES and ES Micro, and GOLD and GOLD micro. |

You should still be getting your Depth Data. There is no change to your current configuration. By "Deactivating" the one exchange, it is really just setting it to not renew next month. Therefore, we need to understand why you are not getting any Market Depth Data right now. To do this, follow these instructions to get us your Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog ----------------------- As to why we asked you to just activate the CME with Market Depth for NonProfessionals, is because you already have the COMEX with Market Depth for NonProfessionals active, therefore it will automatically renew next month. No, it does not resolve the market depth data issue on GC. I never changed any data settings configurations on the GC chartbook. The depth data just stopped functioning from one day to the next. The market depth for my ES chartbook is functioning properly. I don't know what to say. The market depth data is not coming in on GC. Please advise. |

1. I opened up a new chartbook for GC F.US.GCEQ21. The market depth came in fine. 2. I opened up my current chartbook for GC F.US.GCEQ21 and the market depth NOW loads up fine. So now my chartbook has GC data working properly. This is strange behavior, but obviously there is a problem with the chartbook picking up the market depth data. |

1. I opened up a new chartbook for GC F.US.GCEQ21. The market depth came in fine. 2. I opened up my current chartbook for GC F.US.GCEQ21 and the market depth NOW loads up fine. So now my chartbook has GC data working properly. This is strange behavior, but obviously there is a problem with the chartbook picking up the market depth data. |

Why do you say this? Are you continuing to have a problem with the display of the historical market depth? If so, please give us a screenshot of what you are seeing. Why do I say this? 1. The market depth was not working on my GC chart until I opened up a new GC chartbook and then opened up again my current GC chartbook. 2. In other words, the depth on my current chartbook started working again, but only after I had opened up a new GC chartbook with depth. I find that strange behavior. |

Everything looks good in terms of your setup. Get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is.
