Hey, I purchased package 12 and followed the instructions from the docs to activate MBO data on the DOM, however after reconnecting to data feed and logging back into sierra no MBO data shows up on DOM. A screenshot is attached of what my DOM currently looks like, MBO columns should show to the right of price, however only a blank space appears. Any help is appreciated

You do not have any exchanges activated for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You will need to activate an exchange that includes Market Depth in order to get the MBO data.

Follow the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed starting at this point:

Am I correct to believe that these exchanged can be activated as part of package 12, without additional payment? Also, activated momentarily the free trial of the exchanges given on the first month until we resolve this but MBO data still not showing up on my DOM. What am I missing?

You have this incorrect. You still need to pay for the exchanges themselves.

Also, activated momentarily the free trial of the exchanges given on the first month until we resolve this but MBO data still not showing up on my DOM. What am I missing?

You activated the CBOT E-Mini, therefore, make sure you are using a symbol from the CBOT to see the MBO data.

------------

Make sure you deactivate the selected exchange before the beginning of next month. You qualify as a Non-Professional, so you do not need to pay the particular exchange that you selected. You can then activate the other exchange that you want on June 1, 2021 for non-professionals, in order to avoid additional fees.

Note that since you already activated one exchange, that counts as your free one. If you activate another exchange now, you will need to pay for it.

Ugh I saw E-mini in the name and got confused. I'm only looking to trade NQ/MNQ ES/MES for the time being and have access to MBO. Additionally I have my sierrachart linked with tradovate, not sure if this is relevant. Preferably would like to have it set up as soon as possible. I think "CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" is the exchange I'm looking for, and i would have to pay to get it activated, correct?

You need to have your Sierra Chart connected to your Tradovate account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange rates. So that is fine and good.

At this point, the best thing to do is to deactivate the CBOT e-Mini exchange and then activate the CME with Market Depth for nonprofessaional Trading Accounts. You will have to pay the $10.40 when you activate the exchange at this time.

Note that you will continue to get the data for the CBOT through the end of this month.
