Hello! When I add the Cumulative Delta Bars - Volume study to my ESM21_FUT_CME chart, I get NaN on the right side and there are no bars printed. I have it set as a daily intraday chart.

Any suggestions?

You can not use the Cumulative Delta Bars - Volume study on a Daily chart. Therefore, are you absolutely certain that you have a Daily Intraday chart? If you go to Chart >> Chart Settings is the setting for Chart Data Type set to Intraday Chart or Intraday Chart Only?

I see, I tried all 3 and I get NaN for each. I'm just pretty sure I've used it before on a daily chart.

If you have a Daily Chart, then the Chart Data Type would have to be set to Intraday Chart Only. This is because the daily historical data does not contain Bid and Ask information, so it can not calculate the delta.

Try this, set the Chart Data Type to Intraday Chart Only. Then hit the Insert key on your keyboard. This will reload and recalculate your chart. Let us know if you still have an issue with the Cumulative Delta Bars after that.

If you do still have a problem, then attach a chartbook to this thread with just the one chart in it by following these instructions:

Sorry for the delay. That still did not work. I have attached the chartbook.

It appears that the issue is just related to scales in that region. Go to the scale for that region on the right and right-click to bring up the Scale options. Select the Reset option from that list. That should take care of it for you, as it resolved it for us.
