If you have a Daily Chart, then the Chart Data Type would have to be set to Intraday Chart Only. This is because the daily historical data does not contain Bid and Ask information, so it can not calculate the delta. Try this, set the Chart Data Type to Intraday Chart Only. Then hit the Insert key on your keyboard. This will reload and recalculate your chart. Let us know if you still have an issue with the Cumulative Delta Bars after that.
