You are either missing an order fill, or the Order Fills Start Date/Time is incorrect. Refer to the following: Trade Activity Log: Solving Inaccurate Trade Statistics for Charts Field Values For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

The simplest solution to your problem is to find a time when you were flat in your trades and then set the following to that date and time: Chart Settings: Order Fills Start Date-Time (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu) This will at least take care of your fills going forward. But, to determine the root of the problem, you need to go back through your order fills and find where one is missing. Then you can add an order fill to fix the issue. In general, you will find all the information you need on this page: Trade Activity Log We simply do not have time to go through this for you, as we do not do anything different from what we have specified above. charts arrows reverted back to wrong behaviour. open arrow shows closed and vice versa. Would appreciate you taking a look at it. thanks ps not really interested at finding out origin of problem as long as future performance works well. will be careful at watching log however to avoid future malperformance if it ever reoccurs. If you do not hold positions overnight, then another option is to set the setting for Load Order Fills For Current Day Only. Then you will only see the orders for today on your chart. Again, this just helps remove any missing fills from the past causing an offset in the current orders. Otherwise, you have to go through your orders and find where the offset first started and then determine the missing order fill and add it in. Do you know what version of software you were on previously? If it was a big jump, then it's possible there was a change that could have impacted you, but in general, there has not been any changes to the way the order fills are connected in a long time. But, we are glad things are back working for you. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
