Hello Since a couple of days, It fails to download the Data on my plattform. As attachement, i am sending you a screenshot of the errormessage. I also have the Log File, but as the Support Board is public i dont know if i should opload it here (is there confidential text in the log file?).. I have already tried the following: Edit >> Download Data For All Historical Charts Edit >> Delete all Data and Download Edit >> Download Data for all Historical charts I have then contacted the Broker (I have the CQG Datafeed via the Broker). The Broker told me that the Historical data are provieded by the plattform. So they saied i have to contact you. Thanks Very Much! Best regards Roger |
