Cannot load chartbook

Hi, I am trying to load the Chartbook for ES Mini but everytime when is trying to load it freezes, so I have to reboot the entire computer. It works ok when I'm opening other Chartbooks, like the CL and GC...It is the first time it's happening so what do I need to do?

Can you start a new chart for that symbol by selecting File >> Find Symbol? If you can open a new chart, then you can try to open the existing chartbook by starting Sierra Chart in Safe Mode. This will tell you if the problem is related to a 3rd party study. Refer to the following: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode If it is a 3rd party study, then you will have to recreate your chart and let the developer of the study know that you are having an issue with their study. Otherwise, let us know what the results from the above are and what happens.
