Hello,


I activated the package 5 for denali and cqg for order routing. I am able to see the dom level but it is not showing the market depth. I already did the process of enabling the recording of market depth as well as the download, but i still do not see it on the chart after i apply the study. the market depth window also works.

Go to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings and ensure that the option for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes.

If you do have to change it from No to Yes, then do the following as well:
- Select File >> Disconnect
- Select File >> Connect to Data Feed


If it was already set to Yes, then answer these:

What symbol are you having an issue with? Keep in mind you are only setup to get Market Depth for the COMEX exchange.

When you go to File >> Open Market Depth Window are you seeing many levels of depth, or just 1?

Scroll to the bottom of the Market Depth Window and tell us the numbers in Parentheses next to the words Total.

I am having issues with f.us.gmem21 and f.us.mgcm21 which are both part of the comex packages. When I open market depth window i only see

bid price
bid qty
bid order
ask price

After converting to direct payment to Sierra Chart my Market Depth window has a depth of 1 (rather than 10, as before). I originally signed up for Service Package 3, but on advice from Infinity Futures I have upgraded today to Service Package 5. I also enabled "Market Depth Data and Daily Session Values" to "Yes" and set my "Maximum Time & Sales Depth Levels" value to "10" in the Data/Trade Service Settings window, all to no avail. Can you help?

We do not have any control over the market depth data from Transact.

You do need to set this to Yes:
I also enabled "Market Depth Data and Daily Session Values" to "Yes"

The only other thing we can mention is to refer to:
File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels

I am already getting 10 depth levels from Transact (visible on their DOM), but could not see it on your Market Depth Window. However, I have resolved the issue. Apparently I needed to close the Sierra Chart tool altogether and re-start it. Having done so, I can see all 10 levels in my chart once again. All is well.

I still have not received a response on why i am not receiving market depth data in the chart, It has been over 10 days and no solutions have been presented. Your company changed the payment format as well as the subscription, the least you can do is fix it

We can not find a symbol for GME. We checked the CQG website and they do not list anything for that, nor is it listed in our Find Symbols page under the COMEX exchange.

With regards to the symbol F.US.MGCM21, are you continuing to have a problem with this symbol?

If you make that your active chart and then go to Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 3 what is the setting for Maximum Market Depth Levels set to?
