You activated the NASDAQ Indices, not the equities. To get the equities you would need to activate the U.S. Equities exchange. If you do not want the Indices and just want the equities, then Deactivate the Nasdaq Indices and Activate the U.S. Equities exchanges. Sorry, but the U.S. Equities from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed does NOT have support for the Level 2 market depth data. You will get the Best Bid and Best Ask, but that is all. We are working on a new feed that will include this data, but it is still in process, so it is hard to say when it will be available, although we hope it will be in a few months. Otherwise, your options are either Interactive Brokers or IQFeed. The only downside to the IQFeed is that the market depth data can not be viewed within Sierra Chart, they have a separate app to use to view it. The IB data can be viewed in Sierra Chart. Thanks for the info. I'm using IB as well, but after reading the stuff you guys say about IB, would like to use Sierra Chart Exchange Data, but I need Level2 as well. Is it somehow possible to combine the two?

I am not getting the Realtime data for AMZN, It seems to update with delay . Also i am not seeing any data in footprint chart, i have attached the snapshot. I am missing some setting ,could youplease share some link to get the footprint chart working for US equities like Amzn.Tsla,etc. let me know if i need to share any settings information here. |
