I am not getting the Realtime data for AMZN, It seems to update with delay . Also i am not seeing any data in footprint chart, i have attached the snapshot.
I am missing some setting ,could youplease share some link to get the footprint chart working for US equities like Amzn.Tsla,etc.

let me know if i need to share any settings information here.
