hi,

I am not sure why i am so mixed up with all of the switches going on with denali and amp.

I have a dorman amp and gain account.

I am paying cme for data top of book for all 3 but really only need my SIERRA CHART DENALI FEED
for my custom symbols?

can you do this with GAIN or should i do cqg with amp.

I am still mixed up on what i am suppossed to be doing and i want to make sure that i am not
unnecessarily subscribing to anything.

thank you

i remember getting an email or support ticket about signing up for NEW ACCOUNT/live acct to satidfy the cme requirement and since
amp is no more. .i figured we could use my gain account?

We have discontinued support for Gain capital.

or should i do cqg with amp.
Yes.

However, if you have a Dorman account we really recommend using the Sierra Chart Order Routing service:

Yes this will work just fine. And when our direct CME order routing is available through Dorman, then you can transition to that.

FYI,
in the account integration instructions you have RHITHMIC and GAIN still listed but you do not support those anymore.
is this correct?

thanks.

Again this is proving to be rather taxing for some reason. the issue i am having is linking my trading account to satify the cme non professionla and having a trading account.

I am trying to get my custom symbols back

We have discontinued support for Gain capital

Are there any more information about this? I have a connection still running ...
Thanks

We have discontinued technical support for Gain capital. We have not made any changes to the software to stop the connection, but if something changes on the Gain Capital side where something needs to be different, etc. then we are not going to put in any effort to update the connection. The same is true for Rithmic.

I understand the reasons likely. Maintaining so many data services requires great efforts ...
Nevertheless you could consider sending newsletter emails to users about these important changes. I believe you have many users connecting to GAIN. It would be helpful. Please consider for future

The place where these kind of items are announced is at the top of our Support Board. Those Sticky posts are where we update this kind of information. This was put up there a long time ago when we stopped the technical support for Gain.

there has not been any confusion about SC nto supporting GAIN. it was very clear that SC was going to stop support for gain when they made the change i just
wanted to point out that GaIN was still listed on the help page that is all.

thanks

Yes technically Gain Capital is supported within Sierra Chart but we are not recommending it for new users or providing technical support help for issues directly related to that service.
