My account reverts to SIM in all cases. I cannot trade live

Hello,
I have paid in full for the Denali package, including the additional $10 you requested to top up for CME. If I try to perform a trade the dom automatically reverts to SIM even when I choose LOCK on the DOM and in the menu. Please tell me what is wrong. I spent 2 hours setting up this datafeed to match your instructions for the Denali package and now I cannot trade. I tried to get help from AMP to ensure that the datafeed is correctly configured and they told me I have to contact SierraChart. If we cannot resolve this problem we will need to consider some other way for me to get connection help. It seems that the datafeed is not working together with my AMP account.

I am also a "AMP customer" and I went this way:

1st. I filled out this "AMP" form - to change the OrderRouting from TT to CQG
2nd. GlobalSettings/ Data/ Trade Service Setting: Current Selected Service ==>> CQG WebAPI

That's it.

Es verdad si selecciono CQG WebAPI puedo colocar órdenes en real, pero entonces no tengo data, el gráfico solo se ve bien si pongo sc-all Services... Ahí está el problema con webapi puedo colocar órdenes pero no tengo data.

No sé si el problema es que falta autorizar la cuenta por parte de sierrachart porque yo ya lo he probado todo y no hay manera... Debería tener acceso a datos en tiempo real con webapi y así podría colocar órdenes pero solo tengo datos en tiempo real con sc-all Services...

As stated above, you must have had your service set to SC Data - All Services. It looks like you may have gotten this worked out, so let us know if you still need any help.

If you are setup through AMP to use CQG for your order routing, then you would want to set your Service to CQG WebAPI. You can do this and use the Denali Exchange Data Feed at the same time.

If, for some reason, you do not have a trading account, then you would set your Service to SC Data - All Services, but you would then have an issue with the live data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed due to the CME Rule that you have a trading account that we can validate. You would most likely still have some time to get the live data, as we continuously check and update the end-date, but eventually that time would run out.
