Hello, I have paid in full for the Denali package, including the additional $10 you requested to top up for CME. If I try to perform a trade the dom automatically reverts to SIM even when I choose LOCK on the DOM and in the menu. Please tell me what is wrong. I spent 2 hours setting up this datafeed to match your instructions for the Denali package and now I cannot trade. I tried to get help from AMP to ensure that the datafeed is correctly configured and they told me I have to contact SierraChart. If we cannot resolve this problem we will need to consider some other way for me to get connection help. It seems that the datafeed is not working together with my AMP account. |
