trying to reset password you sent me reset password page through my email

when i try to reset i get invalid user name which makes no sense because you just confirmed it and sent an email to reset it i am trying to get the direct billing change set up but i cant log in to my account to make sure everything is set up right allready signed all paperwork with transact futures should be all set but i keep getting from you that i have 0 dollars and need 26 dollars which also makes no sense because the bank account i have linked to it has plenty of money in it please help thank you

The fact that you can post to this support board shows that you do NOT need to change your password. You can access the Payments page by selecting Help >> Add Usage Credit from within your Sierra Chart software, which will automatically log you into the website with the Account Name and Password with which you logged into the Sierra Chart software. Just so you are aware, your Usage Time End Date is April 10, 2021, so there is no urgency. makes no sense because the bank account i have linked to it
We do not have a way to direct debit from a bank account, so what you have stated here does not apply. You can pay via credit card or wire transfer. If you do want to change your password, then make sure that you are entering the correct Sierra Chart Account Name to get your password. You will find your Sierra Chart Account Name on the Sierra Chart login screen when the software starts. In your case (and for all TransAct/Infinity users) it begins with Transact_User_ and then there is specific letters that refer to your account.
