The fact that you can post to this support board shows that you do NOT need to change your password. You can access the Payments page by selecting Help >> Add Usage Credit from within your Sierra Chart software, which will automatically log you into the website with the Account Name and Password with which you logged into the Sierra Chart software.

Just so you are aware, your Usage Time End Date is April 10, 2021, so there is no urgency.

We do not have a way to direct debit from a bank account, so what you have stated here does not apply. You can pay via credit card or wire transfer.

If you do want to change your password, then make sure that you are entering the correct Sierra Chart Account Name to get your password. You will find your Sierra Chart Account Name on the Sierra Chart login screen when the software starts. In your case (and for all TransAct/Infinity users) it begins with Transact_User_ and then there is specific letters that refer to your account.
