Good morning, I'm having issues getting Real Time data with Denali. I have an AMP futures and cant make the once a month reactivation to work. Could you please help me... Thanks! Nando |

You have properly connected to your trading account for the month and we see that you are now validated through May 1, 2021. So that is not the issue. Everything else looks good in your account, so we do not see any reason to be having a problem. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
