I have my global profit settings set to $160 and today hit the target and exceeded it yet my account did not lock? Should I reinstall Sierra chart to fix this issue? I downloaded the newest update and still problem exists. I have checked that I am using the correct account. The problem is in the value for the Profit Value After Trigger To Flatten Positions. The profit needs to have reached the Trigger value and then be less than the Profit Value After Trigger in order to flatten. The recommendation is to make the Profit Value After Trigger to Flatten Positions to be twice the value of the trigger if you want it to flatten at the Trigger value. John, I initially implemented your solution but I still find that the global profit and loss trigger does not execute consistently. By this I mean, once every while it will not lock me out. I have attached my settings below. https://imgur.com/gallery/IeoSQPm |
