Dear Sirs, I have an active pack 5 subscrision and a trading account on AMP with a CQG data feed. On F.US.BP6M21 symbol with a chart that has TPO studies I see only the data from 17,03,2021. I can not scroll on time axis. The same setup I have for F.US.EU6M21 symbol and is working fine I can scroll the historical data. If I make an upgrade to Pack 11 can I trade with AMP account? So, I would like to purchase Pack 11 for 6 month 36,8$/monthv+ 3,25 USD/month CME real data+ historical data. Other costs like rutting orders fees will be charged /transaction? What I need to do in order to quit the CQG and change to your service. It is ok to activate pack 11 ( upgrade mean to pay the difference between pack 5 and 11). I need to contact AMP to announce that or after activated pack 11 you can help me with setting the account. Thank you, B |

If you want to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, then you would need to change to a broker that supports that service. Dear Sir, I have upgraded to Denali Exchange data feed and every time when I start the platform the last bar from foot print is not completed and the price line is showing to be in a outside zone of the footprint bar.
