OEC - missing pending order on SC

Hi, I am missing a pending stop order on SC. This is happening occasionally after I lose and re-establish my network connection. I have tried to restart SC, but the order is still missing. Here is the chart. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1393924235869.png I tried to upload a screenshot of my desktop that also shows the OEC Trader (to show the missing entry), but couldn't upload (see log below). We need to understand this better. Was the stop order entered from Sierra Chart? If not, and it was entered from OEC Trader while Sierra Chart was not running, then Sierra Chart will not have access to it. With the new FIX connection that Sierra Chart uses, OEC does not make available orders which were not entered from Sierra Chart while Sierra Chart was not running. The stop order was entered from SC, together with the limit order that was still there. I only started the OEC Trader to see if the order was still on the server or had been deleted altogether. |
