I just opened my account and when I try to connect I get a Service connection Error. I try to change the service settings, but that didn't work as well. Not sure how can I revert the service settings back to what it was. We see that you have created multiple accounts that are on trial. We only allow one 15-day trial in a 12 month period per computer. We have reset your trial, so you can use the system again.
