Hi, with the whole transition from TT to CQG becaue of recent events i ended up with two sierra chart accounts. both have denali data feed enabled on them at this time. However, on one account i have access to Binance and on the other one i dont. I wonder why that is, because i would like to access the binance symbols. You must have had two different installations of Sierra Chart and one of them was set to a Service of CQG, whereas the other was set to SC Data - All Services. When your service is set to CQG, you cannot receive the Cryptocurrency data. You need to have the service set to SC Data - All Services. Which is why we recommend having two installations setup. One for CQG and one for the Cryptos. Which is sounds like you already have. Also, you have a problem with Chart #22 per your Message Log. Try removing the studies one by one and see if you find a particular study that is causing you the issue.
