You must have had two different installations of Sierra Chart and one of them was set to a Service of CQG, whereas the other was set to SC Data - All Services. When your service is set to CQG, you cannot receive the Cryptocurrency data. You need to have the service set to SC Data - All Services. Which is why we recommend having two installations setup. One for CQG and one for the Cryptos. Which is sounds like you already have.
