Yesterday I stepped away from my desk with no open positions, when I came back it showed an open ES(P) position. As I understand it there has been some issue with CQG yesterday, my broker AMP indicates things are resolved. I tried to cancel/flatten yesterday as soon as I saw this yesterday, it wouldn't work, so I went to CQG app and it only showed a working position in MES, no open positions were shown. It appears the issue came up around 1:29:29 yesterday, the Order Action Source on the Trading Activity Log indicated "CQG fills data (Restored)" , order status as Unspecified. What would cause this, and what does CQG fills data restored mean? I'm in a trading community that uses the same setup as myself and some of them had very similar issues. If this happens again (hopefully not) how can I flatten/cancel from the SC DOM immediately?

This was most likely caused by the issues that CQG had yesterday. Check with your broker to ensure the status of your account.

the Order Action Source on the Trading Activity Log indicated "CQG fills data (Restored)" , order status as Unspecified. This is an order fill received from the trading server which was not received in real time.how can I flatten/cancel from the SC DOM immediately? Just as you normally do in Sierra Chart.
