We have added an additional 5 days to your Sierra Chart account. Go back to version 1099 by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. Version 1100 had a problem with Historical Daily data downloading which might be related to this issue. Thank you for adding 5 days. But today I have other problem. I don´t have real-time futures data - I can´t see M indicator after the symbol. Now I have live account (Interactive Brokers) open and I paid for March but I don´t have data. Please, can you let me know what happened as soon as possible? I couldn ´t trade yesterday, today I would like to trade. Thank you, Veronika Skrehotova |

Your account is entitled to get the CME exchange at no charge until 2015 as long as you continue to pay for the data feed. However, because the market data feed subscription did not automatically renew, the exchange fee has to be paid for. Sometime in the next few days, this will be resolved .
