I have live trading account with infinity/transAct. And I have paid $34 monthly fee for Sierra Charts Currently my Sierra charts only having Delayed 10 minutes data. How do I get realtime data on the chart? (I have tried the --> File-->Data/Services settings-->TransAct WS, It showed account logon error) (if I chose--> SC services DATA, It showed delayed 10 minutes data) Thank you in advance. |

You are not setup to receive Real-Time data from us, therefore we have to assume that you are setup to get the data from TransAct. As such, you would need to set your service to TransAct WS. When you make this change, you need to select the "A" button next the selection and then you will see the fields underneath update to allow you to enter your TransAct credentials. Make sure that your Username and Password are correct and then select OK. Let us know if you get an error after this. That is a TransAct error. You need to let them know about it.
