You are not setup to receive Real-Time data from us, therefore we have to assume that you are setup to get the data from TransAct. As such, you would need to set your service to TransAct WS. When you make this change, you need to select the "A" button next the selection and then you will see the fields underneath update to allow you to enter your TransAct credentials. Make sure that your Username and Password are correct and then select OK. Let us know if you get an error after this.
