I was out of town from February 24 - 28 and not able to use my SC trading platform. During that time my subscription for Market Data Feed was suspended because the balance fell below $35. The last time I updated my charts was February 23. Today I paid for the Data Service, and activated the service, which is active until the end of March. I have a trading account with TD Ameritrade. Now, my charts will not up date beyond the last update date, February 23. Why? Thanks |

You need to enable the CME Exchange following the instructions at 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions However, this does not explain why you do not get historical data to the current time on a 10 minute delay. I enabled the CME Exchange and I get an error DOWN LOAD FAILED. Charts still will not update since last proper operation, February 23. Also, I changed the TICK symbol and TICK chart failed to load any data, so I did not save the change.
