We are not sure what you are saying is the problem. According to the date/time in the image, it is March 11, 2021 at 03:42:34. The Evening TPO profile looks generally correct given the probably low amount of trading at that time, and it appears that there is data in the main graph on the right for about that time. You need to select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. We changed the symbols that are being used for when you have the service set to SC Data - All Services and you are still using the old symbols which can cause you issues. NQ futures are not yet affected by the new symbol format, but you do need to translate the symbols. However, we are not understanding precisely what the problem is.
