Good morning: I previously asked you about why I was unable to live trade. My account is up to date with you, I have paid Amp on March 1st for February, I paid them yesterday for March, I have sufficient funds in my account to trade and after all of this I am still unable to trade. I contacted you previously on this and you told me to contact AMP. I contacted AMP and they said you are the ones that need to fix this. Can you please look into this and let me know my next steps.
Also, on your posts you said that AMP shouldn't be taking any money after March 3rd however they took the money again yesterday.

No we did not say this. And what you describe sounds like it is the billing for March we think. You can confirm with them.

I have gone back to AMP and set up live trading again with them. They told me that TT had been disabled and that is why I couldn't live trade. I am now set up CQG order routing but am still unable to trade live. Could you tell me what my next steps would be?

thank you for the response. I have done this in the past however when I do this now, the attached file is what I get and it doesn't allow me to make any changes. Could you tell me whet my error is?

You need to change the Service setting to "CQG WebAPI". To do this just select the area where it says "SC Futures Order Routing/Data". Refer to the information at the following link for how to work with the new windows and that particular item list box type:

I have done all of this and it is still not working. I have attached a screen shot of what I have changed the settings to as well as the error message I get when trying to live trade. Please advise.

You need to let AMP know about that. It implies that they do not have your account setup correctly on their end.
