Good morning: I previously asked you about why I was unable to live trade. My account is up to date with you, I have paid Amp on March 1st for February, I paid them yesterday for March, I have sufficient funds in my account to trade and after all of this I am still unable to trade. I contacted you previously on this and you told me to contact AMP. I contacted AMP and they said you are the ones that need to fix this. Can you please look into this and let me know my next steps.
Also, on your posts you said that AMP shouldn't be taking any money after March 3rd however they took the money again yesterday.
