Hi, I cant seem to update sierra charts past version 2195. When I do I get the message SierraChart_65.exe has stopped working.. check online for a solution and close the program. We are confused. Are you having a problem with the Installer or with the Sierra Chart software? Or is it when you select Help >> Download Current Version? SierraChart_64.exe is the actual Sierra Chart executable. But the Message Log you provided is for version 2195 and does not show any issues.
