Sierra Chart stopped to work on replay

Hi there, I have been played with sierra chart for a couple of weeks on replay mode; however, today it stopped to work, whenever I press play the software crash. I do not know what to do. Many thanks!!! |

not really crashed just did not respond, I closed sierra chart and tied again many times but did not work with always the same message: Sierra Chart Is not responding; (wait the software to fix the problem) or ( close the software). Thanks |

What exactly were the steps you are taking to make this occur (we want to see if we can reproduce it)? Also, be sure you have this option enabled: General Settings Window: Save Message Log to File (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Log >> Log) Then, if you can reproduce this, then find the most recent Message Log (located in your main Sierra Chart installation folder - typically C:\SierraChart, under the folder named Logs), and attach that Message Log to this thread.
